Animaker subscriptions work on an Auto-renewal basis. If you do not wish to continue your subscription for the upcoming month/ year, you can cancel it anytime from the My Plans section.

Upon unsubscribing, the auto-renewal will be stopped. After the subscription period ends, the plan will be moved to free.

According to our Terms 5.1.2, we do not offer refunds. However, if you need any assistance with your payments, you can email 'help@animaker.com' or register a ticket here at Animaker Support.
